Terms & Conditions

Long Distance is an iOS application that lets you share drawings and snaps with a partner or friend through private sessions. The App is developed and operated by Vatana Chhorn (“we”, “us”, “our”).

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must provide a valid email address during registration.
• You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, abusive, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Share content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users’ sessions or data.
• Use the App for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its backend services.
• Abuse the session system by creating excessive sessions or sending spam.

• You retain ownership of the drawings, images, and other content you create in the App.
• By posting content in a session, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display that content to the other session participant as part of the App’s functionality.
• We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for purposes outside of providing the service.
• Content shared within sessions is visible only to participants of that session.
• Drafts you save are stored on our servers (and may also be cached on your device) in order to sync your work and prevent data loss. Drafts are visible only to you until you choose to share them in a session.

• Sessions are private spaces shared between up to two participants.
• Each session is identified by a unique session code.
• The session creator may delete the session at any time, which permanently removes all associated content.
• Leaving a session will permanently delete your posts from that session.

• The App may offer optional in-app subscriptions managed through Apple’s App Store.
• Subscription billing, renewal, and cancellation are handled entirely by Apple according to their terms.
• We do not process any payment information directly.

• You may delete your account at any time from within the App. Account deletion removes your profile, associated data, and content from our servers.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not guarantee that the App will be available at all times or free from errors.
• We are not responsible for content shared between users within sessions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will indicate the date of the latest revision at the top of this page.
